You're already trying. You're not where you want to be. That's not a motivation problem - it's a structure problem. LGNC fixes that.

If this resonates - keep reading. If it doesn't - this probably isn't for you.
The men who come to LGNC are not unmotivated. They're busy. They're capable. They've tried - multiple times. They're carrying the weight of knowing they're running at half capacity, and they can't figure out why the effort isn't converting into results.
This isn't a willpower problem. It never was.
426 men have been through this. Here are three of them.

Dropped unwanted fat, hit a 180 kg bench and did it all with three kids at home. Proof that life complexity is not an excuse.
"Working around kids and life has been hard, but Mick has made the process easy and clear - and reduced the stress on me in the process. Can't recommend more."

Stripped 13 kg of fat in 18 weeks. Finally comfortable with his shirt off. The man in the after photo was always there - he just needed the structure to find him.
"I circled the drain for years, not knowing what to do. I'm blown away at how fast this has been. If I'd have known, I would have started sooner!"

Into the best shape of his adult life. At 50. That's not a headline - that's a standard.
"Mate, if you ever doubt your impact, I'm back in the gym again - you helped me become this person. Thank you so, so much."

Ten years training alone. Not lazy - just drowning in decisions. Once the structure was installed execution became automatic. Fat dropped. Muscle built. Confidence followed.
"It's easy to see why Mick has achieved the success he has. I've seen excellent physical and mental benefits in such a short amount of time - a testament to his passion, knowledge and genuine care for his clients."

Made a routine stick in a FIFO environment - one of the hardest tests of consistency there is. Fat gone. Performance up. Everywhere.
"I've never found nutrition easier than it is now, and I have such a healthy relationship with food. I couldn't have started this journey without your help."

Gained 10 kg of muscle, stripped 9 kg of fat, and came out the other side stronger and more capable than ever. But the real transformation wasn't physical - he finally recognised the man in the mirror again.
"Mate, this is unreal. I've dropped fat and gained muscle like I've never seen - so glad I started with LGNC!"
Max fat loss through LGNC: 60 kg. Max muscle gain: 12 kg.
Not promises. Evidence.
One program. Three phases. Six months. No guesswork.
Structure installed. Habits formed. First real proof on the scale and in the mirror.
By week 6: 4-6 kg gone. Training is automatic. Nutrition has no guesswork.
The system gets smarter. Body composition shifts significantly. You start eating more, not less.
By week 16: 8-12 kg down total. Leaner than you've been in years.
This stops being something you do and becomes who you are. Strongest you've ever been. Eating more than ever.
By week 24: This is who you are now.
Most clients finish 10–15 kg lighter, stronger than they've ever been, eating more food than they started with. That's not a promise. It's the average.

Michael Naess - Founder, Look Good Naked Co.
In 2015 I fractured my L5 vertebrae playing rugby. What started as the worst thing that had happened to me became the thing that changed everything. Stuck in rehab, I fell completely in love with human biology - what the body is capable of, how it adapts, how it responds to the right stimulus under the right structure.
I'd been studying architectural design at UQ. Good on paper. Soul-destroying in reality. I walked away from it and never looked back.
The next decade I spent obsessively studying and coaching. Advanced Sports Nutrition, a Postgraduate Diploma in Performance Nutrition, a Master of Exercise Science in Strength and Conditioning. Not because I had to but because I couldn't stop.
In 2023, I tore my meniscus in half. Two more years of rehab. I kept coaching. Kept progressing. Trained around it every single day. I didn't build the Peak Performance Protocol from a textbook. I built it from the inside out, as someone who has had to fight for every result and find a way to keep moving when the easy option was to stop.
426 men later, across 12 countries, the method is proven. But the mission hasn't changed. Find the man who is already trying, already capable, and install the structure that finally makes his effort count.
Michael doesn't coach everyone. LGNC exists for a specific man - one who's already trying, already capable, and privately aware that the gap between where he is and where he should be is growing. If that's you, the application takes three minutes. The conversation after it might change everything.
If you're done negotiating with yourself - this is the next step.
Most men wait another 6, 12, or 18 months before doing something about it. They arrive at the same conclusion, heavier and more frustrated. You already know where waiting leads.
